Features:
This valve is a double disc structure, stem unbalanced force is small, compact structure, used for water heating (air conditioning)
system, constant differential pressure of the controlled system, and has the following features:
1.Constant differential pressure of the controlled system.
2.Support the controlled system internal autonomic regulation.
3.Absorbing the outside net differential pressure fluctuation.
4.Eliminate the logging automatically function.
5.Use the advanced stepless voltage regulation structure, control pressure adjustable ratio up to 25:1
Principle and Performance Curve
Self-operated differential pressure control valve can automatically change the drag coefficient according to the change of the water pressure
in the system. The upper and the lower ends of the working diaphragm of the valve are respectively induce the high and low pressure side's
pressure which is introduced through the guide tube. The location of the inner and outer sleeve is determined by the up and down ends of the
diaphragm's differential pressure, when the diaphragm induces the change of differential pressure, the position of the sleeve corresponding
changes, until it reaches a new balance.
Remark: Under different pressure settings, the preset value of the performance curve parallel moves the outer net provides the minimum available pressure head should be
